VACANCY FOR A POST OF JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
Applications are invited from Indian citizens for a temporary post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under an ICMR project entitled “Effect of TUDCA on microglia activation in diabetic retinopathy rat retina”, Principal Investigator (PI) Dr. Pankaj Kumar, Scientist-I, RIO, IGIMS, Patna.
Stipend (Fixed) per month: Rs. 31,000 + 16% HRA
Age limit: 30 years
Qualifications: Candidates should have an M.Sc. in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences/ Neuroscience/MBBS/BDS with 60% of marks or equivalent to CGPA grade.
Candidates with M.Sc in life sciences must have qualified CSIR or UGC NET/ GATE.
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge in electron microscopy and immunohistochemical / ELISA / Western blotting techniques / training in animal handling.

6. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Candidates will be as per the government rules. Woman candidates would be given 5 yrs age relaxation.
