Binary neural networks are networks with binary weights and activations at run time. Binarised Neural Networks (BNNs) – neural networks with binary weights and activations, come into action when we have very limited computing resources. BNNs are extremely compact, yet powerful. Generally, Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) require powerful GPUs and memory for training and storing the trained model but small devices like watches and Mobile devices don't have GPU.
