ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪದವಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿಯಿರುವ 1242 ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 310 ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅತೀ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ರವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವ ಮೊದಲೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ತಯಾರಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ನೀರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಈಗ ತಮ್ಮ ಬೇರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಓದಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ 1242 ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮೂಲಕ ತುಂಬಲು ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ರಚನೆಗೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2020ನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 08-07-2020 ರಂದು ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ವಿಷೇಶ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ” ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ (ಕೆ.ಪಿ.ಸಿ.ಸಿ) ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಯಾವುದಾದರು ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿಯು ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಜುಲೈ 25ಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಕೆಸೆಟ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಮುಗಿದ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನದಲ್ಲೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರ ಬರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸೂತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರಕಿದೆ.

When BJP was in opposition party, Yeddyurrappa sir promised to make permanent jobs for guest faculty. But sir did not fulfill the promise. Atleast now BJP is in power and completed 2 yrs.
I voted for MP ,MLA and MLC, in elections.
Even central government BJP leaders are not solving degree college guest faculty problems.
Everyone are getting promotion and increase in salary based on experience, but degree college guest faculty are not promoted on working experience.
Respected sir, I worked for 10 yrs in government degree college as guest faculty, the govt paid less salary. we are not paid according to UGC guidelines. Permanent faculty are getting 7th pay commission salary, with increase in DA and HRA and various other allowances.
But from five years Karnataka degree guest faculty did not got increments. This is purely injustice. Other states in India are paying more salaries to guest faculty by providing job security, example :-west Bengal government.
I am finding difficult to run my family with less salary paid by govt.cost of living is increasing day by day. I am anable to bare medical expenses to my family.
Please provide employment opportunity to us. There are 7500 assistant professor vaccencies in Karnataka universities.14500 guest faculty are working.UGC is saying to fill all vaccencies in universities,but govt is not Appointing.
so many guest faculty have UGC Qualifications and experience.I am getting age bar. My age is 41yrs now.
Please provide job security and regularize our job.
Government main aim is to provide employment opportunity, so please regularize our jobs, on humanity basis.
Being in a noble profession, I may die as poor person. In my teaching career so many students got 100/100 in my subject. Recently in final year bcom, 4 students got 100/100in GST subject.i am doing my best, but salary is less.
I have good qualification:-Mcom, Mphil, NET, (Phd). 10 yrs of experience as guest faculty,I am finding difficult to pay my phd fees for final submission.
Please higher education minister and chief minister, save our guest faculty life.
I am writing this message with tears.
